The procedure is done by leaving the existing pipes in place and insertion of a resin saturated flexible liner and pressing against the old pipe by with compressed air while curing in place by means of UV light, sealing any gaps or cracks, the sewer pipe is thus sealed from the inside and its structural load-bearing capacity is restored. In this field, KWE employs a trained and capable staff with experience in design and implementation of PIP and CIP lining in accordance with EU standards.

The work involves the following steps:

– Flushing and cleaning thorough the pipe section and respective manholes with a suction and flushing vehicle and CCTV inspection of the existing condition.

– Procuring the respective flexible resin coted material for in lining.

– Insert liner into the sewer pipe from the surface through a manhole and Inflating until it presses the pipe wall.

– Expose the liner to ultraviolet light to cure, or harden, the liner inside the pipe.

– Conducting CCTV and quality control inspections.

In lining works have been done in:

– UV lining in Prishtina ID 225 Zagrebi str

– UV lining of ID 300 and ID 350 sewer pipes in Gjakova main sewer Collector.
